Refiner's Fire is home to beautiful hand-made pottery and pottery classes.  We are located at CROSSROADS ART STUDIOS which is the newest art center in Saint Charles.  Here we have pottery lessons and working artists as well as a beautiful gallery. We are also the regional distributor for OLYMPIC KILNS.

September 13 & 14, 2008 we were at the very prestigious 18th Century Craft Fair at George Washington's Mt. Vernon in Virginia exhibiting and selling our Early American redware pottery.  It was blazing hot, near record temperatures but what a wonderful weekend it was!  Our work was very much appreciated by the redware enthusiasts and our fellow craftspeople.   It was such an honor to be invited and to attend.

OCT. 18-19, 2008 we will be at Deutsch Country Days in gorgeous Marthasville, MO. The foliage should be at it's peak and there will be woodsmoke and apple cider and craftsmen from all around representing the early German traditions in Missouri.  Look for the covered wagon just inside the visitors gate! Jim Samson and his family will be there demonstrating his dulcimers.  See you there!!!
